The dust has settled from the 2013 Arnold Classic. Here, IFBB Judge Steve Weinberger offers his comments on all 13 competitors in the lineup as he saw them from the judge’s table.

“The worst I’ve ever seen him. I was very disappointed, I expected him to be in very good condition. Not only was he small, he was soft. He didn’t hit the mark, he was just completely off.”
