Sunday Februrary 23 7pm-8:30pm , learn from the best in the business at the NPC Figure, Bikini, Fitness Men’s and Women’s Physique and Bodybuilding Workshop. Held at Xist Fitness 151 Concord Plaza Shopping CTR, Saint Louis, MO. Hosted by NPC National judge Jack Titone as well as IFBB Pros Ann Titone, Christy Cook and NPC Bodybuilding competitor Chris Hawk will be on hand to cover all aspects of training, nutrition and competition in the NPC. The workshop is open to all ages and experience levels. Trainers and coaches are welcomed.
Agenda is as followed:
- Welcome everyone and give a brief history of the NPC / IFBB.
- TALK ABOUT SOME OF OUR MEDIA AFFILIATIONS.
- Explain the different divisions /classes in detail and rules.
- Explain the national qualifications…..bb, mpd, wpd, fig, bikini, etc
- Demonstrate posing within each division / with a Guest athlete demonstrating.
- Break up and go into groups / classes and let the Pros discuss one on one tips on making it to the national stage.
- In closing we will discuss all events for 2014 within the district
