Grace Rivera’s Shoulders and Booty Shaping Workout Part 1

Part 1: In this circuit combo routine, you will do the first set of three exercises (A,B,C) back to back with 10 seconds of rest in between, followed by a 30 sec. rest once all three exercises are completed. (Repeat 1-2x) Follow this pattern for all three combinations for maximum results in a minimal amount of time.

A. Dumbell  Arnold presses combo / forward lunge right leg (15 reps)
B. Dumbell Hammer presses combo forward lunge left leg (15reps)
C. Gliders squat close inch worm 1 min (then rest 30 sec and repeat 2-3 more times)
